We believe that every project, big or small, needs to be implemented through a standard form of a management plan. We work together with our client and establish a Scope of Project in parallel to a list of terms and conditions to be set into a formal relationship. The scope includes the following sections:

• The job definition
• The budget
• The quality
• The timeline

Once we have these major topics clarified, we move to the next level and discuss the administrative issues, i.e., we develop a model of communication and decision making process. From appointment to completion we control this plan and provide our client with status reports on a regular basis.
